Have a piece you'd like reupholstered? We can help you with it!

Our quotes will always be accompanied with an approximate estimate of the yardage of fabric you will need for your piece(s). Customers are responsible for pickup/dropoff.  We are able to offer pick and delivery for larger pieces at very reasonable rates. We are very flexible to meet you at the showroom at a time convenient to you.  We are typically there from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays by appointment.  But setting up an appointment is the best way for us to make sure you get the personal attention. 

The process is easy!

 

  1. Please submit at least one photo of what you are looking to have reupholstered via our submission form below or email us directly at backalleyfurniture@gmail.com.

  2. We'll reply back promptly with a quote for labor and the approximate amount of required fabric.

  3. Once you have the fabric purchased, contact us to schedule a day & time for drop off at our 13720 Midway Rd, Suite 105 store location.

  4. At the time of furniture and fabric drop off, 50% of the upholstery labor is due as a deposit (cash, check, or credit card are all accepted )---  The remaining 50% balance is not due until completion/pickup at the same store location.

  5. We will contact you to schedule pickup once your project is completed --- normal turnaround time is within 2 weeks from date of drop off :)
